Deborah began her journey in the industry in 2015, drawing on a background in window coverings, interior design, and construction — a natural transition after relocating to Michigan. She oversees daily operations, including processes, budgeting, training, staffing, and project management. As part of the acquisition team, she led the company's shift from fully analog to digital, implementing accounting software, bidding tools, and an automated inventory system. Deborah holds Solar Gard and Riot Glass certifications and is committed to upholding the customer service Dalo has always been known for.
With nearly 30 years of window film installation experience, he got his start in the automotive and aftermarket industry driven by a lifelong passion for cars and customization. What began as a hobby grew into a career, and 25 years ago he expanded into commercial and residential applications as well. No matter the project, he takes pride in quality work with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy. He believes in doing things right the first time and giving every job the same level of care — whether it's someone's home or their business.
James has been in the window tinting business for over 40 years, getting his start in 1984 at just 19 years old in Hawaii. He worked his way through the West Coast before moving to the Midwest, eventually transitioning into sales. With four decades of hands-on experience behind him, James brings a level of knowledge and attention to detail that is hard to match. He is deeply customer-service-oriented and committed to ensuring every job is done right.
